How to open/close all blinds in the house?

I would like to open all the blinds on sunrise and close them on sunset.
Is there a way to match all entities with the “blind” and execute the open/close action on them? I saw there are some classic programming structs for scripts. I’m myself a C# programmer, but I can’t wrap my head on how to do that using YAML.

I hope somebody can help me. Thanks!
