How to proper add Nest to Homebridge in Hass.io?

I have my Homebridge plugin in Hass.io default hidden (most of my devices, like Hue, are native in HomeKit). I want to add my Nest to it, to control temperature and away-mode.
But I don’t know how to add Nest to the visible list in customise.yaml.
