How to reinstall to repair?

hello,
i had a beautyfull ha install (ova vm version) in a debian.
for a mystic reason, it completly crashed during my hollydays.
i dont have a recent backup (don’t kill me)

is it possible to reinstall same way an update, to keep settings & db values?
or
is it possible to backup settings from cli to put back in a new ova ?
or
anything other to advice ?

You have not provided enough detail for anyone to provide an educated response. However, it is safe to assume you require a complete reinstall from zero, but keep the old VM in case someone can provide a solution at some point.
