How to remove an entity that was connected to an integration I've removed

I’ve removed the “saver” integration but I continue to have:

if I click on it I get this error:

This entity (‘saver.saver’) does not have a unique ID, therefore its settings cannot be managed from the UI. See the documentation for more detail.

so I cannot delete

I’ve found that a power off on the RPi (if that’s what you use) does the trick. A simple restart doesn’t.

I also have a number of these undeletable entities in my HA. I’ve done a good few RPi restarts but none of the entities has become deletable afterwards.
