Hello,
For some reason I have this entity I like to remove but cant figure out how to do it.
Do I need to mess around editing files or is there a better way?
I have no clue what it is… think it came with automatic_add and rfxtrx 
You should be able to remove it:
- Click on menu icon in top right of your lovelace dashboard
- Click Configure UI
- You should now see Edit at the bottom of your card, click Edit
- Remove the offending entity under the Entities heading
