How to remove "ghost" devices created by intergrations?

So it’s my understanding that we shouldn’t be manually editing core.device_registry and core.entity_registry and based on a conversation with the developer of the UniFi integration,

Removing devices is not handled by the integration

So what’s the correct way to do so?

Deleting the devices from the entity registry does not remove them.

You can delete the whole integration and set it up again.

Or edit the .storage files.

Neither of these solutions are ideal.

Thanks! Yes, I found that out and was told they need to be removed from the Device Registry. But there doesn’t seem to be a way to do that!

Yep, the only ways are the two I listed above.
