How to remove old phone and add new one?

When I first set up HA, my phone was automatically added as various entities. I have now got a new phone, how do I remove the old phone entities and install the new one?

maybe try to install and set up the app on the new phone and remove the stary as “DEVICE”

HA is running on a NUC, not on my phone.
