How to reset a value recorded on a ZigBee device

How to reset a value recorded on a ZigBee device.

Dear all, I have this value (energy = 1696.32kWh) recorded on my “Zemismart three-phase ZigBee meter”.

I can’t reset it! Does anyone know what to do? If I reset it on Home Assistant, it comes back… because the information is on the device.
I’ve already reset it and it still doesn’t work.
I’ve already disconnected it from the power supply, and in fact, I received it with these measurements.

Some images that might help.

If you know where in the NVRAM the value is located (likely the manual or somewhere on the internet might lead you to it) then you can set it via ZHA (if this is what you use) by opening the device, clicking on the vertical dots and selecting Manage Zigbee device.

You might find the ability to reset it from clusters, which then opens up attributes and commands for that cluster. I.e.:

I think this is the way, but I don’t see the measurement attribute

The options I have are these. I didn’t see anything like: measurement

Every manufacturer is likely to be different, just go into all your clusters and each attribute and see if there’s something useful. It could be that device just has no way to reset the NVRAM, the one I was using for the screenshots didn’t that I saw.

When I enter I click on read ?

You can try that to see if it’s the right value, the write a new value if it allows it.

Did you manage to solve this mystery, because I have the same problem
