How to restore a backup?

Hello,

I created a backup via Settings, Backups, Create Backup. I would like to restore the backup but cannot find functionality in the UI or instructions to do it.

If anyone can provide instructions or point me to them I would appreciate it.

In the Backups screen, click on the name of backup you want to restore (NOT the selection box at left) and you should get a pop-up for the restore.

Thanks for that. I’ve seen people reporting on failed restorations so I’m wondering if this is a good idea. I wanted to create a new dashboard and in the process mistakenly selected to overwrite the default dashboard. This was after I finally got my system running the way I want it (I hope!), after getting all of my Insteon devices recognized and adding a couple of automations. I don’t want to do it all over again just to get that default dashboard back.
