How to script Roborock s50 mop mode?

I recently switched to an iPhone and no longer have Flolevac. I’ve made some HA buttons to replace the functionality. However, mop mode is not explicitly a mode among fan speed (fan_speed_list: Silent, Standard, Medium, Turbo, Gentle).

How would one go activating mop mode through a service call?

For anyone who has the same question, I believe Gentle is the wording used for mop mode in the HA integration.
