How to set which view is default in Lovelace

In the most recent version. If I want to set one of my other tabs (views right?) as the default that loads first when I open HA web and iOS etc… How would I do that?

I thought that would work too, but I’m not having any luck. I set the new view to a path of default_view and old default to all. Rebooted too and no dice.

If you are using lovelace, try home-setter, I use it to set which view to be the default in each device.

I haven’t actually had to do this, I just noticed the option.

If it’s not working open an issue in the HA polymer section:

I couldn’t find an existing one for this.

FYI this seems to be resolved in .87 for me with the introduction of the view re-order GUI. The view in the first position is opening as default for me, regardless of path.
