I have an alarmsystem which has an option to send sensor-statusses to IFTTT in this way: a message with 3 values.

What I want is this; I want to get these sensorstatussen from the alarmsystem. For example. in this way I could use the PIR’s to switch on the lights in at a specific location.
I have an IFTTT account, read a lot already but can’t figger it out yet.
An example how to setup the ifttt-applet (at ifttt.com) for the above alarmsystem would be great!
And how to get this data back in Home Assistant ?
