Just got the C610 from costco. Download the winix mobile app and have the wifi setup. When I tried to add C610 to HA, I got password invalid at the first step (after entering the credential used in the mobile app).
What are the proper steps to setup winix in HA? Please help!

I did grant the 2nd login to access the C610. When using the 2nd login, I have the same problem in HA winix setup.
I dont think its you, ive had mine setup for months and am now getting a password failure and it wont re auth
I have the same issue. HR1000, after winix custom component upgrade to 1.3.2 cant login.
Sounds like Winix has changed something in their cloud…?
