Sorry for the bad title and if there is a better spot to post this.
I’ve just noticed my Home Assistant is not behaving quite properly. Images for the users are not showing up, and HA will not load/display the history for anything. I’m sure there may be more issues, but that is all I see so far.
Should show user images:
I tried restarting, but got this:
Viewing errors, it looks like it started generating a crazy amount at about 2:03. I’ve been at work, and have not made any configuration changes.
I tried downloading the logs, but that gives me a 404 error. I will try to download them again locally when I’m home.
I’m lost and unsure of where to even start trying to address this. Any suggestions?

I’m running HA as a VM on an Unraid server.
Opening up the console for the VM I see this:
Which I assume also looks like corrupted storage.
I am unable to restart HA through the UI, view the configuration yaml, add new integrations, or even view add-ons at all.
Is there any danger in losing anything/everything if I try to force the VM to reboot?
If you have a recent backup, there is no danger. If you don’t, then I’d be a bit worried the restart will push the drive over the edge
Unfortunately I have not been responsible in keeping backups, that’s a lesson learned I suppose.
In Unraid, my drives all seem fine, but I will investigate further.
Your thought then is that it is a physical drive failed/failing?
It was my initial thought before you said you were on a VM.
Still wouldn’t exclude a failing drive, but I have no idea what other complexities Unraid might bring in
In case anyone comes to this for help in the future, the problem ended up being a failed RAM stick that causes corruption on my drive, which then was causing HA to misbehave.
