How to stop the notification about the update of sensors? I see this on my S20 every few seconds…

Go to your android notification settings, choose the HA app and then disable the channel SensorWorker.

Will this have any effect on anything needed? location etc.

No, I still get all the sensor values, location etc, same on the phone of my wife.
