How to stream media from a HA to a media player on a other PC

Hi all,

I’m not able to get my head around this, so I drop it.

I want to select a media stream, radio station, on my HA mobile app and then have HA (server) stream the media to another PC that is connected to my old school amplifier with large speakers so not to my mobile phone.

What do I need to install on the other PC to receive the stream from the HA (server)? If possible, a link to an example.
