Since some time a lot of devices indicate when there’s an update, which I think is great.
But I have a lot of different integrations and devices and Add-on, so for me, it has become an annoyance since there are updates basically every day.
Which means the update notification on the Settings is blue most of the time.
I just don’t want to see that little blue indicator until I am mentally ready for an update.
I would therefore like to disable the update checking and manually activate it when I have enough time to do snapshots, read change logs and such.
I guess turning on a script or automation to “check now” or something like that.
Or a “pause updates for X days” option like in Windows.
Any suggestions how to disable all updates?
And as a bonus, how to activate it temporarily and then disable it again?
