How to Turn Off UI Controlled Dashboards

My issue is simple. I want to turn off the UI Controlled Dashboards so I can go back to selecting the cards that I want to use.

There is no place to take control. Please see the pictures.

This is not a built in Dashboard. This is one I created. The screen shot shows the name Master Bedroom. Is there a built in Dashboard called Master Bedroom?
