How to tweak ts011f watts update interval

Hello, ok so i have couple of this devices and somtimes i have feeling that watts are not updated in real time. For example my pc is connect to one of this plugs and for 5min watts stay same but pc have different load in this time frame.

I use zha not zigbee2mqtt

Do i just switch to zigbee2mqtt

That would be a solution.
