How to upload a custom voice package to the Mi Robot Vacuum-Mop 2 Pro+?

Is there a way to upload custom voice packages to the Mi Robot Vacuum, or Roborock? I want to create and upload my own voice package in Ukrainian. Grateful for any advice.
