How to use automation or node-red to update only state of entity

Is there a way to update the state of an entity without triggering the the entity?

I have blinds controlled by the rfxtrx integration, it can either toggle individual blinds, or all the blinds. If I toggle all the blinds all of the individual blinds have the wrong state.
