How was the Picture Glance card example in the documentation achieved?

The documentation of the Picture Glance card has this example image:

At the bottom edge there is the title, then a gap, then two entities, another gap, then three entities. What would the YAML look like for this? I want to have essentially the same, entities separated by a gap, but I can’t figure out how to configure it.

No special configuration required. Just supply a list of entities.

Sensors and binary sensors are grouped on the left and controls (switches, light, locks, etc…) are grouped on the right.
