I upgraded to the Huawei P40 Pro and this device does not have Google Services
Do I have any options to get Home Asssistant on my device?

the official app requires google play services, you will either want to install that or use the PWA.
but a fork named House Automator Comrade App which is on it’s way will work without 
You have. But as the developers decided to only make the app work with google services the makers of home assistant also automatically enforcing/supporting sanctions from the US.
In your case they “only” locked out the device you use but they also locking out whole countries (with millions of peoples) to even access the app.
Not funny at all
