Hue- and HomematicBridge found, but no connection (proxmox)

Hello, i am using HAOS on Proxmox and tried to connect my Huebridge and HomeaticIP bridge.
Hue has been discovered automatically, even after changing the IP, but the connection isnt possible by pushing the bridge button… same problem on homematicip bridge.

found the thread on this forum …
and some other threads, but no solution…expect using Homeassistant baremetal ?
my hue app on my mobile phone can access the bridges even from another vlan… is it really a problem of the proxmox bridges ?

for the moment my firewall allows HA access to everything …

Your mobile phone and your Hue hub connects to a server on the internet, if there is no direct contact, so you can not go by that.

And opening in firewalls have no meaning if the data is sent on a protocol that does not get routes, like many discovery and control protocols.

You mention VLAN, so are the devices you try to discover and the HA server on the same VLAN?
If not then you might need to set up reflectors/repeaters/helpers on your network router, if they can support that.

Sounds like a wrong configuration of the Proxmox network.
Is it a bridge and do you have promiscuous driver installed and enabled?
