HUE LEDs (GLEDOPTO) is stuck on effect: colorloop

When you click on any color bulbs in HA, you have an “Effect” menu with a “colorloop” & “random” effect.
I tried this with my gledopto LED strips (connected to my HUE hub) and now it’s stuck on the colorloop effect.

clicking the dropdown menu doesn’t give me a “NONE” option.
Changing the colour back to warm white in the hue app or HA last seconds, the colorloop kicks right back in.

This also has the weird bug that when I turn off the light, it dims to 1% on the last color it was at instead of powering off completely.

I tried disabling the entity in the hue integration, and restarting HA, and then reenabling it, but doing so just turned it back on the colorloop effect.

How can I correct this?

The ONLY way I found to get out of the loop was to physically unplug the device. (which is a pain because it’s behind my wall-mounted, old heavy plasma tv.

I’m having the exact same problem. I made the mistake of selecting an effect in Home Assistant for my Gledopto controller, and now there’s no way to stop it.

The second issue I’m having is that the “color temperature” slider doesn’t do anything, even though my strip supports color temperature and I can control that in the Hue app just fine.
