When Hue Strip is set to:
hue_power_on_behavior = off
turning power down and up again causes short white flash of the strip. After that strip indeed stays turned off. But it resets colour of the strip to white (probably default white). I’m assuming it was a colour of the flash.
TBH I don’t know if it’s correct behaviour. I would expect no flash and maintaining color set before loosing power.
Could anyone confirm it’s the strip feature or maybe it’s related to zigbee2mqtt?
