Hue Scan Interval

Apologies if answered elsewhere but under the new Hue component how do you reduce/set the scan_interval?

I am sure I had an old set up that shortened the interval as I have an automation to tie a non hue light to a hue light and I was trying to reduce the delay.

I cannot now seem to find a way to do it. I think it may be related to this (Issue 11278) but cannot see a resolution.
