I can’t find a Humidistat for ESPHome. Any suggestions? I was able to use a Thermostat with it’s sensor pointing to my humidity sensor however the display is less than ideal because it appears in degrees not % humidity. 
Like you describe the thermostat works for that use case but doesn’t look nice.
For now no humidistat is available in esphome but you should be able to raise a feature-request or up vote if there is already one
