I can no longer create/manage my HA groups!

Pi3b+, HA 2021.3.1, supervisor 2021.3.4, HAOS 5.12.
ZHA. Why can’t I make a group anymore. The screen flashes in ZHA/Configure/Groups… but that’s it. I’m stuck at the Configuration menu and can’t move.

(Yes, I’ve tried clearing browser cache, restarting HA, even rebooting.)

Note to self… next time try reloading the ZHA Integration before you panic…

Note to self again… nope, it showed me the group page but when I tried to add a group… nada… same routine of reloading, clearing, rebooting… now back to original issue of I CAN’T DO ANY GROUP STUFF IN ZHA!
