I cant connect to home assitant on mobile

I get this error when trying to use home assistant on mobile in both the app and web browser. Can anyone help

How are you exposing your installation to the internet? I’m guessing the error occurs when you try connecting outside your LAN? You don’t give much information to go on.

i am in connected to 192.168.10.x network and my home assistant is 192.168.10.131.
is the problem that i am connecting through wan and lan. How do i fix it?
