Don’t look at the screen, there is nothing to see there. Check your router to see if the Pi has acquired an IPaddress, and use a browser to surf to IPaddress:8123

So does it work to open http://192.168.1.116:8123 ?

Not sure if I am doing it right. It seems to be working on my phone.
But still not on pi.

This isn’t an app with a local UI, it’s all web based. That’s why the documentation talks about connecting with a web browser, and not on the console.

If it’s working on your phone then it’s working.
Nothing is going to happen on the pi
