'I don't know how to resolve panel dev-template'

trying the dev panel templates, i get this all of a sudden:

this is after an automatic reboot the system did because of a horrendous amount of ‘uncaught type errors’…
what on earth could be going on?

I get this same error with dev-service, dev-event, and dev-info. Strangely enough, dev-template works fine for me. I’ve tried re-starting hass, clearing caches, etc. Nothing seems to help.

Control + F5 worked for me to clear the cache.
