I am not getting postcards from the Bird Buddy hummingbird feeder, only from my original Bird Buddy. How do you get postcards from the second device? I waited MONTHS to get the Bird Buddy Hummer JUST so I could integrate them. I can access the livestream on the HB feeder, but I’m not receiving ANY postcards, nor will the pictures I take myself from the livestream show up in my inbox. The inbox only displays pictures from my 1st Bird Buddy.
How do you get postcards from both devices? This must have come up before…surely some people have multiple devices?? This is the only reason i waited so long to get one from bird buddy, and now I can’t get postcards! I saw in another string that someone had two devices, but they didn’t address the postcard issue.
CAN ANYONE HELP??? Bird Buddy support is TERRIBLE – they don’t use live people, only AI, and just send you to articles over and over again….which of course were all unhelpful.
Is this support page specifically for some specific app or piece of tech? I thought it was a general “Home Assistant” forum/help board, though technically-oriented…like a help spot for people having issues with their tech/appliances at home. I found this forum when I searched for my particular issue with my Bird Buddy - another person has a post here about there Bird Buddy that was close to my issue, but it may have involved actual coding… I see it’s sort of a forum for integrations of things Alexa, etc…actual “home assistants”. Thanks for answering, Tom - the Bird Buddy support pages are useless, and they only answer questions with ai bots, never a live human. I had thought since a bird buddy issue was addressed in this forum (a person with two device, as I have, and I’m having integration problems - the bird buddy app will only deliver postcards from one feeder while in the app, not both feeders), someone might be able to address my issue as well. I’ll look elsewhere.
I will, great idea! Thanks for the link…saves me looking for it! Thanks again for taking the time to answer, Tom…I really appreciate the fact that you tried to help me, and didn’t just leave my query to hang in the wind…
