I have broken hacs

I had to delete and recreate my github account and I have broken hacs. Before I make thinks worse thought I would seek advice. Is it a matter of uninstalling the integration and reloading hacs and tieing it to the github account? I seem to have severed the codes.

You will have to recreate a github API token.
You can then replace the token in “/config/.storage/core.config_entries” (look for the “hacs” entry) and restart HA.

I have searched but can’t figure out how to recreate a github API token . Any direction?
