ok so here’s the gist…
Im starting out again with home assistant… I moved and lost a bunch of stuff…
anyways…
So I’ve downloaded and installed Hassio or Hassos from the HA website… following the get started guide
then flashed to SD with etcher
Problem one: this maybe my only problem and everything else is just a snowball of issues?!
- I can’t connect to a wifi network - I am using a cellular service to set this up… I’m using a mobile router giving me the ability to create a home network using a hotspot…
but can’t access the config files to change it my router setup… I’ve tried to create a network usb stick (again following the guide) and other google search results. it seemed like it worked, but then I couldn’t get into the HA frontend from any of the links homeassistant:8123 homeassisant.local:8123 the IP address of home assistant once it did finally work on my router… followed by :8123
Ive use HA before and enjoyed it. it was kinda frustrating for me to setup being new to this stuff but I figured it out… Now I have no idea what’s wrong or where to begin evern starting to figure that out…
and now I’m getting a response saying that CFI or something(it’s unplugged) isn’t running and started “emergency console”
my setup: using OS X
Pi 3 B
iPhone with hotspot
HooToo Titan(mobile router)
