I want to Automate my new office

I just moved into my office a few months ago and I would like to make it automated. I researched the possible solutions that could get me to were I want to be. I used Chatgpt to build a workflow of how to do this. I want to use hole assist green, how realistic would this setup be to complete and have it not fail from time to time:

Master flow

ENTER OFFICE

Presence Detected (FP2)

Is it Morning Time?
↓ YES
Run “Morning Scene” Lights → 30–40% warm white
Blinds → 50% (sheer mode)
Shelf lights → soft glow
TV → ON → dashboard or calm visuals
Music → 40% (soft playlist)
Coffee machine → ON
Voice from Alexa:
“Good morning LéVerne. Let’s have a productive day.”
Reads agenda

Set Office State = ACTIVE

VOICE COMMAND

(“Client Mode” / “Time to Create”)

Override Current Scene: Lights → teal brand color (soft, not overpowering)
Blinds → mostly closed (controlled lighting)
Shelf + sign lighting → accent glow
TV → YouTube commercial playlist (auto play)
Monitor arm lights → ON
Coffee station → lit but idle
“Welcome to EDDG Creative.”
Start transcription (Otter.ai or similar)
→ Office becomes a controlled presentation environment

Run Selected Mode

CREATIVE MODE

Trigger:
Voice: “Time to create”
Actions:
Environment:
Lights → dim warm (20–25%)
Blinds → 30–40% open
Accent lighting → minimal
Music → 65% (your playlist)
TV → gallery / visual inspiration
Assistant reads:
Top 3 Trello tasks
Do Not Disturb ON
Allow family calls only
→ Office becomes a creative studio environment

END OF DAY

“Good Night”

Shutdown + Reset System: Trigger:
Voice: “Good night”
Actions:
Shutdown:
Lights OFF
TV OFF
Music OFF
Coffee OFF
Blinds:
Fully closed
System:
Keep PC + NAS ON
Reset “Morning Scene” availability
Voice:
“Would you like to add anything to tomorrow?”
“Good night.”
Result:
→ Office resets to baseline

I haven’t bought all of the devices yet, so any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

I don’t see any real issues with that.
I would however add a scene selector remote so that you don’t always have to use voice.
