I want to create a user that can be limited to one page only. And no access to any pages on the left side either. How would I do that?

Have you tried Kiosk mode? GitHub - maykar/kiosk-mode: 🙈 Hides the Home Assistant header and/or sidebar

The user would still be able to access other pages if they know the URLs, so it depends how strict you need to be.
