I want to know the integration and plugins difference of home assistant,because I want to develop one of integration or plugins to upload to HACS for download add one.Thanks.

I think you might confuse plugins with addons.

Addons can maybe be described as a server in a “VM” inside HA.
Addons are just an easy setup of a server that would otherwise have to be manually installed somewhere.
It will still need an integration to interface with HA, regardless if it is an addon, a container, a vm or a physically different server.
