Hi, I was wondering how I would sync my devices from google home to my home assistant? i have some smart life devices (lights, and garage door), some speakers and tv I want to sync to home assistant. I also want to know how to configure it and other facts or tips I could know about
The Google Home API does not offer a method to do this.

Your smart life devices can be integrated using the tuya integration, or local tuya.
