Hi - not sure where to start with this. My wife’s iPhone is connected to our family settings on iCloud so I can see her phone and all other family members phones under family and find my etc on apples devices. Having away mode depending on which entity was at home or away etc worked really well however when I can no longer see her phone through the integration on HA for iCloud. I can see all other family members but not hers. I’ve tried iCloud 3 and that seems to find an entity for her but it doesn’t really work and doesn’t update properly. I have tried deleting both integrations multiple times and reading to no avail. As her phone is a key part of setting automations when away this has really messed up HA automations for months now. Any suggestions or ideas ?

I’ve removed iCloud 3, deleted HA app on my wife’s phone and check all location services settings etc but it’s still not working. Her location doesn’t move from home. When I add the iCloud integration and click family it shows other family devices but not hers so I’m not sure if this is part of the issue. There is a device tracker for her with a person icon but no phone icon for her - with other family members there is a person icon as a device tracker and a phone icon but not hers.
Seems like location updates are not send to iCloud. What is FindMy in iCloud showing? Is location properly updated there? Typical IT advice, but did you tried to restart the phone?
