iCloud Integration and App specific password

I have the usual problems with iCloud with removing /config/.storage/icloud etc.
Is it valid to use a app specific password to possibly solve the problem with 2FA?
I created such a password but it doesn’t work with the iCloud integration. It seems I have to use my user specific iCloud password together with 2FA. Result is „invalid flow specified“. Very annoying.

No, I never solved this.

Thanks for the reply. I will keep searching to see if it is being worked on elsewhere. It would really useful to utilize the app specific passwords as they were intended.

I will try it for myself in the next days. Have to make a new HA installation on my NAS (Container with Docker). Good luck :+1:
