Icon animation when hovering over with the mouse

Hi all,

I learned a lot about icon styling and thanks a lot for the support in this forum But I am searching for a method (mushroom-template-card) to animate the icon when I hover my mouse over the icon. E.g. to change colour, or changing icon- size as long as the mouse touches the icon.

Any ideas, if this is possible?
