Icon in Picture-Glace that wont be colored

Down on my google drive ive shared my cards that ive setup with Picture-elements and picture-glace

On Picture-Elements my theme works perfekt and colors the icons when aktive blue as they should.
On the other its just white. Ive search around but not seen anyone mentioning a fix for this. But i mean aint this just a theme item to add to the theme? or am i thinking wrong some how?

ive trid the custimize thing

  templates:
    hs_color: "if (state === 'on') return [205, 81, 95]; else return [100, 0, 0];"

But im thinking. Why not just set it in the theme as an item as it should be=?
