Identify what is calling a service?

I’ve got a switch running on home assistant.
I mostly only switch it on via an Alexa routine, so not even using HA.
I switch it off manually with the button on the switch.

It occasionally (several times a day) switches itself off with the message “SW1 turned off triggered by service Switch: Turn off”

Is there a way to find out what is calling this? I can see entries in the logbook and history, but nothing that says what called it.

Anything under the info window / three dots / Related, like this?

Thanks for the reply, but nothing showing.

It shows the device. What integration it belongs to. It’s area. And related entities (like current, energy, signal strength)

Nothing about automations. Also looking at the device info, it states that it’s not used in any automations, scripts, or scenes.
