I am testing out Home Assistant and it seems to be pretty good, but I do have some IDevices that I cant seem to find a way to add. Is there any way that Home Assistant can manage my idevice plugs also?

Take a look at the homebridge and se if that dose the trick for you
Unfortunately that is the wrong direction. Homebridge allows Non homekit devices to appear as homekit compatible. Unfortunately you cannot get the status of and control homekit devices through homebridge (would be nice if we could)
I would LOVE to see support for the iDevices in HASSIO!
