If kitchen sensor already has lights on, button does not work

I have a mm wave sensor to turn on 2 lights in the kitchen. I also have a zigbee button to turn on half the lights with 1 click or 2 clicks for all the lights. If the sensor has already turned on the 2 lights, the zigbee button doe not work at all. Im not sure what i need to do to let them co-exist so the button works to turn on and off the lights still.

light.wiz_rgbw_tunable_0803c4 is turned on in the motion sensing automation.
And while not sure since you use device conditions, but most likely you have a condition that this light must be off since the same light is used in the action part.

So does the light have to be off or not?

The automation for the button has a condition that prevents the action to be executed when kitchen window side is on.

Just disable/remove the last condition
