Any of you having the “no permission” error from IHC apps?
I’m getting this error since earlier today. I’m not able to add, delete or modify devices at all.
I had tried install IHC apps in IOS and Android and both the same. Reset the Broadlink RM pro, created new account for IHC… all giving me “no permission” error. I’m wondering whether it’s the apps issue?
I just started having the same problem. App now asks ‘select country’, but any country selection gives a ‘no permission’ error. App version 1.9.8.4620 on Android 7.0.
Same here. Cant add any device. Not even the rm device. Tried different email address, resetting device. Also found the icons are missing which prevents you from adding a device.
Hi I faced the same issue select some other country you need to try selecting some other country and it will allow you proceed then log off once and relogin this time select your country it will let you proceed further I did the same ans it resolve this issue .
Anyone else missing the ir / rf icons? When I scan a rf device I am asked to select a icon. These were there a few days ago but now seem to have vanished. Also unable to take a pict and use it as a icon.
I know this has been quiet for a while, but it might be worth noting IHC is the BROADLINK app and actually not part of Home Assistant at all.
Would be best directing that to Broadlink support at the iBroadlink webpage.
