IKEA Electronic Shelf Labels

Hello there,

I am obsessed with these electronic shelf labels they have at my IKEA store:

I think they could make gorgeous wall dashboards.

Anyone has any information about these devices ?

I vaguely know about OpenEPaperLink but not sure if it could work with these.

Esphome supports many e-paper aka e-ink displays.

Iā€™m new to this world, but over the weekend I was looking into the TRMNL products and HA integration.

TRMNL looks cool but too expensive for me, whereas shelf labels look like something cheap and affordable (though they may not be that cheap, but seing a lot of them in stores make it feel like it).
