IKEA Floalt Panel WS 30x30 - not updating status

I have 2 IKEA Floalt Panels WS 30x30 running via Z2M - one of the lights has stopped updating its status. Also it does not react to any changes.

Firmware is 2.3.087
Sonoff Zigbee 3.0 USB Dongle (connected via USB cable - so no interference by the PI)
Home Assistant 2022.8.1
Supervisor 2022.07.0
Operating System 8.4
Frontend 20220802.0 - latest

I can change and operate the light via the Zigbee Frontend but only if I first press On or Off or Toggle AND afterwards press the refresh button next to it

The other IKEA Panel as well as any other IKEA Bulb / Sensors anything else in the system works like a charm - its only this Panel

I would also route out that the Panel is too far from the Dongle max 3 meters distance

Has someone any thoughts?

I might have narrowed it down - the Panel which was acting weird did not have the Optimistic toggle set

The Panel works now correctly - Still not 100% sure if this was the root cause and how this toggle was switched off … but well it works for now
