Hello, I’ve installed the IKEA Klippbok water sensor with the Sonoff Thread Dongle+. Everything was working perfectly, but now both sensors are offline and I can’t find a way to get them working again. Does anyone have any ideas, please?
In my experience, these particular IKEA devices frequently go off-line (usually after 2-3 weeks) and once they do, they do not come back on their own. One has to pull the batteries (wait around 10-20secs) and put them back in before they come back on-line. I have 4 of these, and they all exhibit this problem.

I have one that’s stayed connected for months with a SmartThings v3 hub.
Would be interesting to know more about the components (Hard- and Software) used. Maybe the problem can be solved by different config in Open Thread Boarder Router , if used.
